I decided I was going to try some sort of stuffed steak dish. Cora and I took off to the grocery store and the creation took shape...
#1, BIG THICK MEAT.
#2, Cut the meat perfect for stuffing.
#3, Stuff with the fixin's (sausage & rosemary - i decided the sausage would add a great savory flavor and the rosemary would add some bite )
#4, Insert skewers to hold the creation together
#5, We're off to the grill...
#6, Plate it and serve. MMMMMM!

Did you put hotdogs inside that steak?
I have heard stories of Davinne making her dad hotdog omlets when she was little. I have yet to be lucky enough to have one. When I do, I'll let ya know how it went. In the meantime, I'll have to try the steak-wrapped hotdog.
