Pursuit

Here's a new tune/poem I wrote a few weeks back. Enjoy!

Pursuit

I'm being chased through the snow
And blinded by light
I've been running and running
Can't go another step

I look to both sides
And choose to go right
When I fall to my knees
I'm begging please

Stop this pursuit
The game of cat and mouse
You've caught me once
Must you again

I've got no more moves
No more fight to give
Arms up and pleading
It's time I give in
